Six years ago I produced Essential Cuisine’s 6 Set DVD series with 23 cooking shows that teach the basics of what a person needs to know to establish a foundational diet to last a lifetime.  I produced visual shows because that is how I learned, by watching a passionate, knowledegable teacher.

Although my DVD’s have been welcomed world wide, and have achieved International appeal, people wanted more than just visual instruction. They also wanted to learn the nutritional knowledge, little known facts and how to schedule, shop and incorporate new meals into a busy lifestyle.  They wanted a coach, a guide and a community to learn from and with.

What a previous Course participant had to say about the Dietary Makeover Course:

Dear Susan,
I loved, loved, loved the course.  I would be interested in taking anything you offered.  Or any other CDs you might do in the future.
I thought the format was great.  I have  no suggestions of how to make it better.
I don’t know what I would have liked more of.  I haven’t as of yet been able to use all the information that was given.  I have made incredible changes.  I now make my own cultured vegetables and eat them daily.   Never in a million years would I have ever thought that would happen.  Also I make cultured coconut milk and love it.  I have incorporated sea vegetables into my diet on a regular basis.  These are just some of the  changes I have made because of this course. 
I am wondering if one week a month would be better.  It would have given me more time to use all the information and experiment.  How about a year long course, perhaps the first week of every month, audio, homework, call.  Maybe another call in the middle of the month.
As for as ongoing support, I would love it but I don’t have any suggestions.
