I was considering watching all the DVDs again and making sure I have a notebook with me.

I also have since found out that many people dry out the "leftover" almond pulp and use it for almond meal. I am wondering if there are any nutrients left in it though... I wonder if it just fibre and void of any goodness.

I'm interested in the printed recipes, too. There was a recipe using grated beets and apples, but I don't know which DVD it was on and I would love the recipe...other than going back thru all the DVD's and finding it, it would be nice to have a printed copy. I guess, otherwise, I'll just have to watch them again (no real problem) and have a pad of paper next to me.

And, regarding the almond milk...I made some & it was delicious...I hung up the bag with the stuff left inside and the next day I sprinkled it on some steamed veggies. I hope I wasn't eating something that I was suppose to throw away

Looking forward to your reply, Susan.

Hi, Susan. Just got your DVDs. I have watched the first two and I love them so far! Anyhow, I have a BIG BAG of almonds. They have not been blanched. I want to make almond milk and almond cheese. Does the almonds have to be blanched to make milk? And after making the milk, is the stuff left in the bag almond cheese? Or is it simply "leftover waste". It seems a shame to just throw it away...

Also, I am wondering if there is somewhere I can get your recipes that are on the dvds, in printed form. You know, so I don't have to keep starting up the dvd player to get a recipe. (I know, I should be more experimental, but all this RAW goodness seems to cost a fortune, I don't want to waste any of it. lol)

Oh. Also, I saw the post about milk. Purchasing RAW milk is one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. I am not vegan or vegetarian, but I am very careful about the kind of meat/dairy I put into my body. It is always organic, pasture fed, or wild... like seafood.
