“I really, really love your DVD’s! Thanks so much for making them! Can you tell me where you got your enameled mesh strainer that you use in the sprouting lesson? I guess it’s enamel or nylon, it does not look like stainless steel. I would rather not sprout on a metal strainer, but maybe it doesn’t matter(?)
Hope you can tell me where to get that!
Thanks!”

“I have been concentrating on a very nutrient dense diet and eating whole foods for about 5 years. I was getting bored with the same old meals over and over and was looking for new ideas and foods to fix. I am in a nutrition degree program and have been learning about raw foods and super foods. Not knowing how to effectively prepare or use many of the items I am learning about I began to look for a resource. I received these DVD’s for my birthday and they are fabulous! There are so many simple ideas from sprouting to raw to fermenting and more. You won’t be disappointed. They will help you to get on the right track quickly.”

“I own 10 raw food DVDs and this is my favorite. It was more expensive than the others in my collection but worth it because of the comprehensive information and the camera work. Now that I think of it, because you get 6 well produced DVDs, its actually cheap!
An example of how thoroughly subjects are covered is the subject of sprouting. Chef Teton shows a variety of seeds before and after sprouting, soaking, rinsing, hulling, and storing. While demonstrating these processes, she explains the reasons for each process and gives alternatives.
The camera work provides excellent close-ups of the many processes taught on each of the 6 DVDs.
Subjects demonstrated and taught are: sprouting seeds, soaking and blanching seeds and nuts, juicing vegetables and fruits, making nut milks, dehydrating, seaweed, dressings, dips, wine, veggie wraps, sauces, cocunut, flax and pumpkin seed oils, cultured milks and vegetables, salads, deserts and more. All information and recipes are focused on healthy food, not just raw foods. Highly recommended! “
