I own your cd’s and would like to make the thai bliss.
I wrote down the ingredients as you were making it but couldn’t decifer one of the ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tbs lemon (or half lemon
1/8 cup ??
dried oregano and basil
1/4 cup braggs liquid aminos
1 1/2 tsp tamari
cup of oil
block of tofu
Please help with the 1/8 cup measurement.

I am so sorry as I never saw this blog post. The 1/8th cup is: Nutritional Yeast Flakes! By the way, all the recipes are on the DVD’s as well as in the E-book. Again, I apologize!!
I notice that the March 11 post that Susan created under the “Cultured” category ‘Cultured Veggies, Coconut Kefir, and Mineral Mixture’ highlighting Irene’s contribution is a broken link. The same is true of the Toasted Pumpkin Seed recipe. Error 404.

I bought your essential cuisine dvd’s from the food matters website, but cant figure out how to print them off?? It just scrolls through them quickly on my Mac. Help?

Hi Susan, my son and I visited you a few months ago (Blair & Shirley) and I purchased your DVD set. Would like to print the recipes but we canT figure out how to print them???? And they scroll too fast to copy by hand. Very frustrating! Please help – Thanks! ( I have a Mac. )

I am sort of at a loss of what to say. When you click on the menu for recipes, they should not scroll. One comes up at a time. They don’t play. That being said, all the recipes are in the ebook as well, which came with the series. If you don’t have the address for it (it was in the letter that accompanied the DVD), then please email me and I will forward it to you. I apologize that you are having troubles with this. Chef Teton
